The project is starting from March 18, 2016 and ending at June 17, 2018. Pollution farmland improvement scope of the project that contain 147 land numbers, 105 sites, total area of 26.5978 ha in Chang-Hua County. The polluted farmland was distinguished paddy field pollution mode and non-paddy field pollution mode. The paddy field pollution mode farmland can be separated into pollution history complex farmland and no remediation history farmland. The supplementary survey results were included in the agricultural land for the implementation of this plan that contain 62 land numbers, 40 sites, an area of 10.9183 hectares. Among them, the agricultural land with complex pollution history has 50 land numbers, 31 sites and an area of 8.9145 hectares. The no remediation history farmland has 9 land numbers, 7 sites and an area of 1.7839 hectares. Non-paddy field pollution mode farmland has 3 land numbers, 2 sites, area of 0.2199 hectares. Remediation techniques of “Soil turn-over dilution” and “soil excavation” are applied to improve heavy metal contaminated agricultural field in the plan. The improvement target is 0.9 times the monitoring standard for soil pollution of general land use or food crops. In total, the “Soil turn-over dilution” farmland has 49 land numbers, 32 sites and 8.5468 hectares. The “soil excavation” farmlands have 13 land numbers, 8 sites, 2.3715 hectares, and a total of 504.6 metric tons of earth. There are 367 sample numbers for self-test samples. For those who have achieved the goal of pollution improvement, they can apply for supervision and verification to the supervisory unit. At present, a total of 40 sites have been verified through supervision, with an area of 10.9183 hectares. 40 sites and 10.9183 hectares have been completed for the soil resilience work. All the agricultural land that has been included in the improvement of the project has been completed. The follow-up of the unimproved agricultural land proposal can be processed as soon as possible to achieve the benefits of sustainable use of agricultural land.
